The contact stated that after parking the vehicle in the parking lot of a residential building and turning the engine off, approximately 36 hours later the contact was alerted by the property manager that the vehicle was on fire. When the contact checked the alert, he saw that the vehicle had caught fire. The contact immediately called the fire department and they were able to extinguish the fire once they arrived.
