I was traveling east bound and trash collection truck was parked on the shoulder facing east. I could not see the truck because of the position of the sun, and when I did see the parked trash truck, I swerved to miss it but struck the left rear of the parked trash truck with the right front of my vehicle going 35mph. Air bags did not deploy nor did the seat belt lock. I was tranferred to the hospital and sustained 4 broken ribs and an abrasion on my right elbow. Police department and EMS did see

Unknown, car not available for inspection. The car spontaneously caught fire and exploded while it was being driven in a public parking lot. Unknown. There were no warning lamps or indicators the entire duration of the car catching on fire and exploding.

I was getting ready to load groceries in the back of my 2015 Nissan Rogue as I have done many times and lifted the lift gate. I let go because the gate always stays up on it's own but this time it came crashing back down with major force and hit me in the head. I was stunned to say the least and have a huge lump on my head. The contact stated that the chrome covering on all four interior door handles had piled off and exposed extremely sharp edges which caused lacerations to the occupants while attempting to open the doors. On February 27, 2022, my car, 2015 Nissan Rogue, caught fire. My son had been driving it for work when he smelled faint smoke. Within minutes, he reached his place of employ, Papa Johns and parked with the smoke increasing. He went inside for a minute and came back out. At that point the car was on fire on the right side of car by the headlamp. The fire started within 5 minutes of the smoke. People brought out fire extinguishers and were able to extinguish the fire which had gotten very intense.
