THROTTLE CABLE STUCK, CAUSING EXTREME ENGINE RPM. VEHICLE WENT OUT OF CONTROL, STRUCK SEMI-TRUCK IN FRONT, WAS SPUN AROUND AND STRUCK BRIDGE SIDE GOING BACKWARDS. VEHICLE TOOK OFF AGAIN WITH WHEELS SPINNING UNTIL DRIVER PLACED VEHICLE IN NEUTRAL AND TURNED OFF IGNITION. DRIVER AND PASSENGER SUSTAINED INJURIES, AND VEHICLE SUFFERED DAMAGES.
