Active Emergency Stop Assist Inoperative warning has shown up more than once and the dealer can not duplicate the warning or repair. It is causing frequent phantom braking and sudden stops both in normal driving use and cruise control.

Car turns off completely while driving with "Battery malfunction" and "Towing not permitted" error. So I've had to have 1 tire replaced already working on number 2. First one not sure what the problem was, but this tire is having problems holding air. It'll hold air for about 9 hours then the gauge on inside of car comes in saying low tire pressure.
