TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2014 MERCEDES-BENZ C350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 15-30 MPH, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY ACCELERATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE WAS UNAWARE OF HOW HIS FOOT ENDED UP UNDER THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN INVOLVED IN A FOUR VEHICLE COLLISION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALONG WITH HIS WIFE WHO WAS IN THE CAR AT THE TIME, SHE WAS INJURED ALONG WITH ONE OTHER OCCUPANT OF ONE OF THE OTHER VEHICLES. IT WAS UNKNOWN WHERE THE WIFE WAS SEATED.

WHILE IN MOTION (DRIVING) ANOTHER DRIVER TURNED IN FRONT OF ME, CAUSING ME TO T-BONE HER (POLICE REPORT WITH DESCRIPTION ATTACHED). I SLAMMED ON BRAKES TO TO LESSEN THE UNAVOIDABLE IMPACT. I HAD 2 SPIRAL METACARPAL FRACTURES IN MY LEFT HAND FROM HITTING THE STEERING WHEEL THAT REQUIRED SURGICAL PLACEMENT OF TWO PLATES AND 12 SCREWS, AND MY KNEES HIT THE DASH BOARD, MY RIGHT HIP
