THE CONSUMER HAS EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM WITH POWER STEERING. WHILE DRIVING HEARD A POP, POWER STEERING WENT OUT, AND VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HAD TO PUT THE FIRE OUT. THE MANUFACTURER HAS YET TO BE CONTACTED. *AK
IMMEDIATELY AFTER WIFE AND KIDS GOT OUT OF THE VEHICLE, IT CAUGHT ON FIRE AND BURNED. THIS HAPPENED ABOUT 10 TO 15 SECONDS AFTER OCCUPANTS GOT OUT OF THE VEHICLE. FIRE DPEARTMENT STATED THAT THE FIRE WAS DUE TO THE LEAKAGE OF TRANSMISSION FLUID. THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALLED. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
LUGS: BOLTS HAVE SHEARED OFF 4 TIMES ON FRONT. TIRE LEFT HOLDING BY ONE LUG BOLTS ON 4 OCCASIONS. LUGS: BOLTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH FACTORY SPEC BOLTS AND BY FORD DEALER. THE TIRE IS ABOUT READY TO FALL OFF THE CAR, AND DOING 70 MP WE WERE EXTREMELY FORTUNATE NOT TO HAVE IT COMPLETLY SEPARATE. FRONT END SUSPENSION HAS BEEN REPAIRED. BRAKES CHECK RIMS REPLACED. WAS DRVING VEHICLE ABOUT 35MPH, HIT A TREE HEAD ON, DEAD CENTER. THE WEATHER WAS CLEAR & PAVEMENT DRY. THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY UPON IMPACT. IT RESULTED IN A FATALITY. *AK

CONSUMERS WIFE WAS PULLING OUT OF A DRIVEWAY WHEN SHE NOTICED FLAMES SHOOTING FROM UNDERNEATH THE DASH (CENTER AREA). DEALER & MFR. WERE NOTIFIED AND UNWILLING TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. *SLC
REAR MOTOR MOUNTS BROKE CAUSING FRONT WHEELS TO LOCK UP, INJURING CONSUMER'S BACK AND NECK.
AFTER PARKING THE VEHICLE, IT CAUGHT ON FIRE IN THE ENGINE COMPARMENT. CAUSE UNKNOWN. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS. *AK

MOTOR MOUNTS FAILED CAUSING ENGINE TO DROP ONTO THE FRONT WHEELS.
ENGINE COOLING FAN: SITTING AT DRIVETHROUGH WINDOW AT MCDONALDS WHEN THE LADY AT THE WINDOW SAID TO DRIVER THAT VEHICLE WAS ON FIRE. FIRE WAS COMING FROM BOTH VENTS BY THE WINDSHIELD. GOT OUT OF VEHICLE, GRANDSON THREW SAND ON VEHICLE TO PUT THE FIRE OUT. *AK
