THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A CONCRETE POLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 11V112000 (VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL). THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.

CONSUMER STATES UNINTENDED ACCELERATION WHICH CAUSED A COLLISION *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED HE APPLIED THE BRAKE, BUT THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE AND TO AVOID INJURING OTHER PEOPLE AND PROPERTY, HE DECIDED TO CRASH CRASHED INTO A TREE.
