GRAVEL WENT INTO CONSUMER VEHICLE TIRES, AND GRAVEL PULLED VEHICLE TO THE RIGHT. SHE HIT A FENCE AND A LIGHT POLE. UPON IMPACT, DUAL AIRBAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY. VEHICLE WAS TOTALED.

ONCE WHILE COMING ACROSS RAILROAD TRACKS, VEHICLE ATTEMPTED TO SLOW DOWN AND STOP, WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT TOOK OFF, AND CONSUMER LOST CONTROL AND WENT INTO A DITCH. *AK
