My dealership (Jeep Bayside Annapolis, MD) is refusing to fix the recall. They say they’ve had issues with some of the cars, and it’s taking too long. They said they’ve are capable of fixing the recall, but are refusing to do so.

I took my Jeep to the dealership to have the 68C recall fix done. Upon “passing” I was told I could continue charging as normal. I began charging as I did prior to the recall and recall fix and it fried my GFCI outlet and thankfully so or it my house would have caught fire. The only thing on that circuit is the Jeep charger and garage door opener, same as before the recall and recall fix. I’ve had an electrician out to confirm it wasn’t an electrical issue.

The vehicle has experienced repeated unexpected stalling during normal operation. After a dealership visit and representation that recall-related work was complete, the vehicle stalled again within hours. There is an active recall related to this issue with no available remedy. Due to safety concerns, the vehicle is not being driven. The manufacturer has not provided clear guidance regarding repair or safe operation, and the vehicle has been effectively unusable for an extended period of over 60

Driving home from dealership and window cracked. Thees Jeeps have Coring Gorilla Glass. There is definitely a defect in the glass with only 42 miles on the jeep and the windshield cracks

This issue effectively caused the vehicle to enter a “limp mode” while driving it and limited its speed while driving. This reduced the speed of the car while driving at highway speed.
