I purchased my Jeep in 8/2024. Since purchasing this Jeep it has had an intermittent burning smell. I was told by the dealership I got it at that it’s normal for burning smells on new cars. This is no secret that Stellantis is aware of this issue and does not seem to care enough about the safety of the consumer, yet prefers to avoid a bad mark against their poorly designed faulty vehicles to be in the public.

Tow company came and drained two jump start batteries before it would start. It was taken to the dealership where they had it for a week and said it was a glitchy software update. Alerted to shift to park when making a turn. Lost power to engine, was able to coast to side of road and apply brake and shift to park. Dash alerted to push run so I pushed ignition switch and it cranked back up. First time this has happened took to dealership and left for them to look over.

The car randomly stopped while I was going 50 MPH ON THE HIGHWAY. The car then would not allow me to move off of the high way or put the care in neutral. The car just stopped while merging on to the highway at 50 mph. It’s unsafe for myself and others The dealer has not been able to reproduce the issue but they see a code they’ve never seen before. The car is currently being inspected by the dealer. There was no warning before the incident .
