I PRESSED ON THE GAS PEDAL AND THE THROTTLE CABLE DIDN'T RETURN TO IDLE WHEN I LET OFF THE PEDAL. THE BRAKES WOULD NOT STOP THE VEHICLE NOR WOULD PRESSING ON GAS PEDAL. I WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 75 IN KENTUCKY IN A MOUNTAINOUS AREA. I WAS DRIVING IN THE LEFT HAND LANE AND I HEARD AN EXPLOSION AND LOST CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE.
