POWER TRAIN:DRIVELINE:DRIVESHAFT

Nissan North America, Inc. (INFINITI) is recalling certain 2011-2013 M56, 2012-2013 M35 Hybrid, 2014-2018 Q50, Q70 Hybrid, 2014-2019 Q70, and 2015-2019 Q70L two-wheel drive vehicles. The driveshaft can fatigue and break.

The Passenger Occupant Classification System in the passenger seat is showing an airbag code of B00A0-02 on my 2018 Infiniti Q70L . The dealer cannot clear that code. The only solution is to replace the entire seat bottom (leather/foam/all electronics for raising the seat) all integrated. That part number is 87300-6ar3a and sells for $2800 plus labor to replace, over $600. My 2018 Infiniti Q70L only has 10300 Miles, garage kept. I have an immaculately maintained 2018 Infiniti Q70L, but the OCS system began having issues at under 75k miles. Originally, the problem was the passenger seat sensor not detecting someone in the seat, so airbags were disabled. This occured sporadically for a year, but no codes were detectable by dealership. Now the airbag sensor light flashes continually, which began happening a few weeks ago. The dealership has now informed me that the OCS system has internal faults and the entire system m
