THE CAR BECAME LODGED UNDERNEATH A SEMI TRACTOR TRAILER, AND WAS DRAGGED SEVERAL FEET BEFORE THE SEMI STOPPED. THE DRIVER OF THE CAR WAS KILLED INSTANTLY.
