THIS VEHICLE HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS AS INDICATED IN THE RECALL, BUT IT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL DUE TO VIN. THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT AS A RESULT OF THE DEFECT AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALED.
