The lane keep assist camera internally faulted and intermittent tries to work but will immediately fault out. Lights will show for adaptive cruise, lane departure, and collision avoidance. Code shows internal fault and is shown in bulletin to replace. Happened begining of 2025 like most other people.

We have also experienced at least a half dozen times when the car will flash that and engage the brakes stopping us in the middle of traffic. The braking is abrupt and will yank you harshly in the seatbelt. If I do not immediately turn this feature off after starting the vehicle, the car will shut off at a traffic light and stall.
