The contact owns a 2017 Honda Accord. The contact stated that after stopping at a stop sign and making a right turn, the vehicle immediately experienced unintended acceleration and veered to the right before crashing into a telephone pole. During the crash, the driver sustained a head and hand injury which required medical treatment. A police report was taken at the scene and the vehicle was towed away. The cause of the failures was not determined. The local dealer was notified of the incident.
