On June 9, 2025, my 2016 Honda Accord’s driver seatbelt detached and yanked my body with excessive force during a collision, it felt like not lifted me up to the roof The seatbelt’s jerking motion was so odd and intense causing serious injuries including a ruptured breast implant, nerve damage, and cervical spine trauma. Loud, pulsing, static sound from the car speakers. I was driving home after purchasing this car and an impossibly loud static sound came from the speakers even though the audio unit was powered off. I thought I had been hit by a truck and went off the road. There was some damage to the body and the underside of the car, but I was able to drive it back home. PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT, BOTH A AAA REPAIR SHOP AND A HONDA DEALERSHIP EXAMINED THE VEHICLE AFTER THE OWNER COMPLAINED ABOUT TWO PREVIOUS SUDDEN ACCELERATION INCIDENTS. THE AAA SHOP DROVE THE VEHICLE, FOUND NOTHING WRONG, AND TOWED THE CAR TO A HONDA DEALERSHIP. THE HONDA DEALERSHIP RAN DIAGNOSTICS AND SAID TH

ONCE I APPLIED BRAKES AND I COULDN'T FEEL ANYTHING BRAKING AND ONCE AGAIN APPLIED, THE CAR TURNED 90 DEGREE, STRAIGHTENED OUT ON THE ROAD BUT NOT COMPLETELY MEANING THE CAR WAS STILL GOING FORWARD IN THE DIRECTION ON THE ROAD BUT A 30 DEGREE ANGLE.
