TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 GMC SIERRA 3500. THE CONTACT NOTICED BLACK SMOKE IN HIS HOME. HE THEN NOTICED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS ENGULFED IN FLAMES. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS NOT CONTACTED BECAUSE THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO CONTAIN THE FIRE. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TOWED AND REMAINED AT THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE.
