THE BIGGEST PROBLEM (OUT OF MANY) THAT MAKES THIS VEHICLE UNSAFE, STRESSFUL, AND DISCOMFORTING TO DRIVE IS HOW IT WILL RANDOMLY DECIDES TO RAISE THE IDLE TO 900+ RPM (IN GEAR) AND BASICALLY DRIVES IT'S SELF. DURING THIS CONDITION IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPERATE VEHICLE. BECAUSE OF ITS RANDOM PATTERN IT CAUSED ME TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT THAT RESULTED IN $3500 IN BODY DAMAGE TO THE TRUCK. THANK GOD NO ONE WAS HURT. WEAR AND TEAR IS DRASTICALLY INCREASED AS THE VEHICLE IS TRYING TO DRIVE ON ITS OWN

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 GMC SIERRA 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE REVERSING INTO A TRAILER, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS AND CRASHED INTO THE TRAILER. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED AND NO INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSED THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS FUNCTIONING UP TO SPECIFICATIONS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 GMC SIERRA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE EXITING A DRIVEWAY AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, AN ABNORMALLY LOUD BANGING NOISE WAS HEARD FROM THE FRONT END. UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE DRIVE LINE HAD FAILED AND WAS ON FIRE. THE CONTACT PERSONALLY EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE AND A FIRE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS FOUND THAT THE UNIVERSAL JOINT HAD FAILED AND RIPPED OUT THE DRIVE LINE. THE VEHICLE WAS SCHEDULED FOR REPAIRS. THE MANUFA
