THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE EXPERIENCED A BLOW OUT. *JB THE LEFT FRONT TIRE HAD SPLIT APART. THE CONSUMER FOUND THAT THE TIRE WHICH WAS SOLD TO HER NEW WAS PLUGGED PRIOR TO INCIDENT. *SCC
WITHOUT WARNING, REAR POWER WINDOW CAME UP PINNING MY WIFES ARM BETWEEN GLASS AND TOP OF DOOR. WE WERE UNABLE TO STOP WINDOW FROM CONTINUING TO TRY TO CLOSE. WE TURNED THE CAR OFF AT THIS POINT, BUT IT CONTINUED TO RISE, FINALLY AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES OF TRYING TO RELEASE THE WINDOW MY WIFE WAS IN SUCH PAIN THAT I WAS FORCED TO BEND THE WINDOW AND IT SHATTERED RELEASING HER ARM. CONSUMER 'S VEHICLE WAS PARKED & ANOTHER VEHICLE TURNING, HIT LEFT FRONT & REAR OF CONSUMER'S VEHICLE. IN CRASH, DRIVER'S SHOULDER BELT BECAME INOPERATIVE & USELESS.ALSO, PASSENGER'S SIDE SEAT BELT STOPPED WORKING. HOWEVER, COULD HEAR MOTOR RUNNING. ONLY LAP BELT COULD BE USED. *AK

RECALL 97VO19000; CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING AT 40 MILES PER HOUR AND NOTICED SMOKE ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE. STOPPED AND PULLED UP THE HOOD AND IT WAS ON FIRE . CALLED THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND THEY DETERMINED THAT THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE WAS ELECTRICAL.*AK
CONSUMER REAR ENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE APPROXIMATELY 10-15 MPH, DRIVER'S SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. DEALER NOTIFIED. *AK
DURING VEHICLE COLLISION SEAT BELTS DID NOT RESTRAIN PROPERLY RESULTING IN INJURY.
VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING 40MPH DOWNHILL, APPLIED BRAKES AND THEY WENT TO THE FLOOR, NO BRAKE RESPONSE, HIT A TRUCK, FRONTAL IMPACT. DEALER CONTACTED, AND CANNOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. *AK
MOTOR BELTS FAILED CAUSING SEVERAL INJURIES, ONCE DURING ACCIDENT.
AUTOMATIC SHOULDER BELT BECOMES VERY TIGHT, CHOKING THE DRIVER'S SIDE OCCUPANT, CAUSING THE CONSUMER TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, RESULTING IN AN ACCIDENT. *AK
PASSENGER CAUGHT FINGER IN MOTORIZED SEAT BELT TRACK, CAUSING INJURY.
THE AUTOMATIC SEAT BELT CAME UP AND CAUGHT PASSENGER FINGER IN THE LEDGE OF THE SEAT BELT TRACK CUTTING HER NAIL COMPLETELY IN HALF IN THE BED OF THE NAIL.
BOTH SEATBACKS BROKE UPON IMPACT, RESULTING IN INJURIES. *AK
BOTH FRONT SEAT BACKS BROKE DURING COLLISION CAUSING SERIOUS INJURY TO BOTH PASSENGERS.
