After reporting to work on [XXX], I discovered that the front of my vehicle was on fire. Emergency services were immediately contacted, and employees on site attempted to contain the fire using fire extinguishers. The fire department arrived shortly thereafter and successfully extinguished the fire. Despite these efforts, the vehicle was ultimately deemed a total loss. WHEN THE LEVER THAT ALLOWS THE BACK SEATS TO COME DOWN IS PULLED, THE SEATS COME DOWN EXTREMELY QUICKLY, DANGEROUSLY FAST. THEY APPEAR TO BE ON A SPRING ACTION. ONE OF MY SONS PULLED ON THE LEVER AND MY OTHER SON'S HEAD WAS HIT BY THE SEAT, AND HE SUFFERED A CONCUSSION! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT WAS BUILT THAT WAY!!
