STEERING: STEERING WHEEL/HANDLE BAR
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022 F-53 Motorhome Stripped Chassis, and F-59 Commercial Stripped Chassis vehicles. The steering wheel attachment bolt may loosen and separate from the steering column, resulting in a loose or detached steering wheel.
FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022-2023 E-350, E-450, and 2021-2022 F-59 vehicles. The paint along the weld seam of the fuel tank may peel and lead to corrosion of the exposed metal, which can result in a fuel leak.
STEERING:CRITICAL FASTENERS
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2022 F-59 vehicles. The bolt that secures the intermediate steering shaft to the steering gear box may be improperly tightened, which could result in separation of the intermediate steering shaft from the steering gear box.
SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:FOUNDATION COMPONENTS:DISC:CALIPER
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022 F-53 and F-59 vehicles. The rear brake caliper attachment bolts may not be tightened correctly, which can allow the caliper to loosen and possibly damage the wheel or brake lines.
Recent Complaints
Vehicle has had electrical issues since purchased new. Ford service center could not fix after several attempts. Customer service/ warranty was unhelpful. All issues surfaced prior to 60k miles. Has had about 6 battery replacements in less than a year. Now at 68k miles vehicle has been at shop for weeks and being told a new engine is needed. Ford shop services commercial vehicles but wonât replace engine. Vehicle has to be transported to another ford shop for repair. One of the engine issu

The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-59. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the vehicle was making an abnormally loud ticking sound. The vehicle lost motive power.
