The contact stated while driving approximately 60-65 MPH and coming up to a bridge, the contact stated that the roadway was a bit wet from ice and rain, and the contact stated that the vehicle ahead entered the bridge and started skidding, so the contact let up off the accelerator pedal; however, when the vehicle entered the bridge, the vehicle started sliding and the contact lost control of the vehicle and crashed head-on into the concrete barrier surrounding

I HAVE A FORD F350 HEAVY DUTY 1 TON, I HAD EXPERIENCED ON SEPARATE OCCASIONS WHEN TRAVELING WITH SPEED AROUND 50-65 MPH, IF A BUMP (SLIGHT) DIP OR ANY SLIGHT VARIANCE IN ROAD MY TRUCK WILL BEGIN A VIOLENT SHAKE. I HAD RECEIVED THE RECALL NOTICE OF IMPROPER AIR PRESSURE AND CAUSE AND EFFECT.
