THE 2005 FORD F250 PICKUP TRUCKS HAS AN ISSUE WHILE FILLING VEHICLE WITH FUEL. THE FUEL SHOOTS OUT OF GAS TANK FILL INLET DURING THE FUELING PROCESS. THIS PROBLEM WILL HAPPEN WITH THE FUEL GAUGE REGISTERING EMPTY, HALF, OR NEAR FULL. I HAVE HAD GAS SHOOT ALL OVER ME AND OTHER PEOPLE TIME AND TIME AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO NOT GET GAS IN THAT TRUCK AT EVERY GAS STATION NEAR MY HOME. I HAVE TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO GET GAS. AS SOON AS THEY NOTICE FUEL SPILLING OUT OF MY TRUCK, I WILL BE BANN

THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED TWICE BUT TO NO AVAIL. ADDITIONALLY, BLACK SMOKE WAS EMITTING FROM THE VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE WOULD STALL SPORADICALLY. I STARTED THIS TRIP AT THE KENTUCKY HORSE PARK, I-75 AT EXIT 120. I HAD BEEN DRIVING AN HOUR, HEADING NORTH. THIS INCIDENT TOOK PLACE LATE AFTERNOON, BETWEEN 5PM AND 6PM, BROAD DAYLIGHT EXCELLENT VISIBILITY, DRY, PARTLY CLOUDY, TRAVELING 65 MPH IN THE CENTER OF THREE LANES. I WAS NOT TIRED NOR DISTRACTED. I WAS NORTHBOUND ON I-75 IN NORTHERN KY WHEN I WENT OVER A MINOR BUMP, JUST ROUGH PAVEMENT. I AM ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN THERE WAS NO OBJECT IN THE ROAD. AFTER THE BUMP THE TRUCK BEGAN STEERING ERRA

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-250 SUPER DUTY. WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED; HOWEVER, IT CONTINUED TO MOVE FORWARD UNTIL IT CRASHED. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS TOLD THAT THE FUEL INJECTOR CONTROL MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
