BRAKE FAILURE. DURING NORMAL DRIVING I WAS COMING TO AN INTERSECTION TO STOP. I APPLIED THE BRAKES AND THE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR, BRAKE EFFECTIVENESS WAS ALMOST NON EXISTENT.
