the other person jeep tires were sticking out my wife was blind sided by sun glare the only one hurt was my wife since jeep was parked outside on street she was the only one hurt since her right tire hit the jeep tire ,on other side of this narrow street was a plummers van ,the only damage was on my wife very nice vehicle passenger side rim cracked and tire also my wife had to go to hospital with broken funny bone ,we only had liability insurance at that time, geico insurance didn't cover anythi

THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED BACK AND NECK INJURIES AND MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS PROVIDED. THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THERE WAS NOT FIRE. ON JUNE 21ST 2017 APPROXIMATELY 9:05AM I WAS COMING OUT OF THE HOSPITAL PARKING LOT AND I WAS HIT ON THE DRIVERS FRONT SIDE OF MY VEHICLE WHILE I WAS AT A STOP SIGN. A WOMAN RAN INTO ME AND A CLIENT OF MINE AS I WAS ON THE JOB! I WAS IN COMPLETE SHOCK! I STAYED IN MY VEHICLE AS I TRIED TO STAY CALM. I GOT OUT OF MY VEHICLE AND CALL 911 FIRST THEN A BYSTANDERED CALLED CAMPUS SECURITY. STATEMENTS WERE TAKEN FROM BOTH PARTIES AS WELL AS PHOTOS FROM THE INCIDENT. AFTER THAT WE WERE TOLD TO GET INTO

I RACED TO PASSENGER FRONT AND SEEN A TRICKLE OF SMOKE LOOKED UNDER THE SEAT AND OBSERVED A FLAME COMING FROM THE ? HEATED SEAT CONTROL MODULE? LUCKILY I WAS HOME EXSTIGUISHED THE FLAME DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY. THEN PROCEEDED TO TAKE PART OFF. BURNED THE CONNECTOR, THE WIRES, AND THE MODULE. CAR WAS PARKED AND THE KEYS WAS IN MY POCKET. NO POWER SHOULD OF BEEN GOING IN THE UNIT.
TL* TAKATA RECALL. THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE MAGNUM. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, A TREE FELL ACROSS THE ROAD. THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL AND CRASHED INTO THE TREE. THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A STORAGE YARD AND WAS NOT DEEMED DESTROYED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 45,000.
