Was hit in the side and in my Dodge minivan the side curtain airbags never deployed. The van was a total loss so was the car that hit me and his airbag did deploy. I did injure my lower back and shoulder.
The contact owned a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated while driving 45 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed however, the brakes failed to operate causing the vehicle to rear-end another vehicle. There was no warning light illuminated. The passenger-side airbag deployed upon impact; however, the driverâs side air bag failed to deploy causing the contact to impact the steering wheel. The contact was taken from the scene to a hospital and was treated for bruising to both knees and head.

BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS GOING 30MPH IT DIDN'T JUST STOP AND HE COULD NO LONGER CONTROL IT. THE VAN HIT THE BACK OF ANOTHER VEHICLE AT FULL SPEED CAUSING THE AIR BAGS TO DEPLOY IN THE VAN. OCTOBER 2014. THE TIPM MALFUNCTIONED CAUSING AN ELECTRICAL FIRE THAT MELTED THE FUSE BOX AND ALL OF THE WIRE HARNESSES. THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HAD TO BE REPLACED AND COST $6,000 OUT OF POCKET. THE HORN, RADIO, LOSS OF LIGHTS, AND WIPER FLUID ACTIVATED CAUSING ME TO BE UNABLE TO SEE AT 50MPH. THEN I LOST ALL POWER AS SMOKE CAME INTO THE VEHICLE.
