ON THURSDAY, MARCH 24TH, 2005 MY MOTHER BACKED HER 1993 DODGE CARAVAN INTO HER DRIVEWAY AND BUMPED INTO HER FENCE BREAKING THE LENS ON THE TURN SIGNAL. AS IT WAS COMING INTO A LONG WEEKEND WITH BUSINESS SHUT DOWN, SHE IMMEDIATELY WENT INSIDE TO CONTACT HER MECHANIC TO HAVE IT REPLACED/REPAIRED. AS SHE SPOKE ON THE PHONE, SHE GLANCED OUT THE WINDOW AND OBSERVED A PLUME OF SMOKE RISING FROM THE REAR OF THE VAN. SHE IMMEDIATELY RUSHED OUT AND FOUND A SMALL FLAME IN THE AREA OF THE BROKEN LENS. VEHICLE WAS IN A ROLLOVER ACCIDENT. SEAT BELTS DID NOT SECURE DRIVER OR PASSENGER. DRIVER WENT THROUGH THE WINDSHIELD, AND THE PASSENGER WENT THROUGH THE PASSENGER DOOR. OCCUPANTS SUFFERED SERIOUS INJURIES.*AK VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A ROLLOVER ACCIDENT AND THE SEAT BELT EQUIPMENT DID NOT SECURE THE DRIVER OR THE PASSENGER. UPON TRYING TO GET THE DAMAGE REPAIRED, BUT COULD NOT BECAUSE I WAS ONE MONTH LATE WITH MY PAYMENT, I BEGAN GETTING LETTERS FROM CHRYSLER ABOUT SEVERAL DIFFERENT RECALLS ON MY MINI VAN. *AK

VEHICLE PARKED; WHEN SLIDING DOOR WAS BEING OPENED IT CAME COMPLETELY OFF TRACK. WAS HELD ON BY TOP HINGE. IN PROCESS, DRIVER'S SHOULDER WAS INJURED TRYING TO KEEP DOOR FROM HITTING GROUND. THIS WAS THE 2ND INCIDENT THAT HAS HAPPENED WITH DOOR. AT THE DEALERSHIP, TECHNICAN REPLACED DOOR PART FIRST TIME. *AK
VAN WAS AT COMPLETE STOP WHEN REARENDED BY CAR GOING AT APPROXIMATELY 70/75 MILES PER HOUR. THE BACK PART OF THE DRIVERS SEAT BROKE UPON IMPACT AND SEPARATED FROM BOTTOM SEAT.
AFTER STARTING VEHICLE FROM THE PARK POSITION VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED AT A VERY HIGH SPEED OUT OF CONTROL, HITTING A WALL, CAUSE UNKNOWN. *AK THE VEHICLE SCRAPED AGAINST WALL DAMAGING THE DRIVER'S FRONT QUARTER PANEL AND BROKE THE MIRROR. *YH
