My 2016 T & C was parked on an incline when about 5 minutes after I exited the vehicle, it began to roll backwards. Van was in park and off. While driving my vehicle my driver's side headrest exploded without being in an accident. I received no warning from Chrysler about the headrests being faulty. They left driving that unsafe vehicle with the exploded headrest for over 7 months this before replacing it and refuse to replace the passenger one as well stating, "we will only replace that if it explodes during the extended warranty period for it and yours is almost up." When we noticed we refused the sale, dealership added to the sale contract that it would be fixed before delivery, vehicle was not fixed before delivery after several attempts, and a third party off site company attempted to fix the issue.
