My daughter rear ended a car and totaled my Chrysler 200. The front of the car is destroyed but the air bags never deployed. I allowed my daughter to drive this car thinking it had all the safety features and it did, they just donât work.
WHILE TRAVELING ON M59 IN OAKLAND COUNTY MY DRIVERS SIDE TIRE BLEW OUT CAUSING THE CAR TO HIT THE CONCRETE MEDIAN AS STEERING WOULD NOT FUNCTION. MY CAR DAMAGE RENDERED IT A TOTAL LOSS AND CAUSED PHYSICAL INJURY TO ME. THE OAKLAND SHERIFF DEPT RESPONDED AND I WAS TAKEN BY AMBULANCE TO THE TROY BEAUMONT HOSPITAL. THIS HAPPENED 10/10/2020.
