CERTAIN VEHICLES ORIGINALLY BUILT WITH CLOTH SEATS THAT WERE EQUIPPED WITH AN AUTOMATIC AIR BAG PASSENGER SENSING SYSTEM AND LATER REUPHOLSTERED WITH AFTERMARKET LEATHER SEAT COVER KITS ARE INVOLVED. TESTING HAS INDICATED THAT THE AFTERMARKET LEATHER SEAT COVERS CAN CAUSE THE PASSENGER SENSING SYST

My airbags didnât go off in crash
The airbags failed to deploy In a significant collision where hood, radiator, grill/number and both headlights were damaged. GM has been contacted and fail and refuse to do an inspection stating the issue is time barred to 10 years to original warranty of vehicle and are failing to acknowledge manufacturer defect or issue a recall. The contact stated she fell asleep while driving approximately 35 mph, the vehicle graced two trees, and crashed into the third tree on the front driver-side bumper. The contact stated no air bags were deployed. The contact sustained a fractured rib on her left side, a lesion on her right leg, and a lesion on her chest and abdomen due to the seat belt. The contact did seek medical attention. The police report was filed. The vehicle was not drivable.

VEHICLE SHUTS OFF WHEN SITTING IDLE OR WHEN CHANGING BETWEEN THE GAS AND BRAKES. I WAS HIT IN THE REAR THIS MORNING WHILE SITTING IN TRAFFIC. THANKFULLY NEITHER VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED. I GOOGLED THIS ISSUE A D THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF ISSUES.
THE DRIVER'S DOOR MASTER POWER WINDOW SWITCH MODULE GOT HOT & STARTED SMOKING. REMOVING AND LOOKING AT IT SHOWED THAT IT CAUGHT ON FIRE. IT LOOKS LIKE IT STARTED SOMEWHERE ON THE CIRCUIT BOARD. IT SEEMS IDENTICAL TO THE PROBLEM LISTED ON THE 2006 CHEVY TRAILBLAZERS. (NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V599000) IT HAPPENED IN 2015. ROAD CONDITIONS WERE HAZARDOUS AS IT WAS A SEVERE RAIN STORM. SHE HYDROPLANED AND HIT A VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HER WHICH CAUSED HER TO SPIN INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC.
