I purchased a 2023 Chevy Tahoe in Oct 2025. Since then, I have been trying to figure out how to set up the myChevrolet app. The OnStar button doesn’t work so I called OnStar. After multiple calls, they told me that the account is linked to the previous owner and can’t be transferred because of a faulty telematics communications module.
