1994 CHEVROLET SILVERADO WAS IN VEHICLE CRASH. CRASH WAS OFFSET FRONTAL CRASH WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE. OHIO STATE PATROL SAYS THE 1994 CHEVROLET WENT LEFT OF CENTER, COLLISION WAS WITH AN ADVANCE CEMENT TRUCK. MY FATHER IN LAW WAS DRIVING AND WAS WEARING SEAT BELT. PARAMEDICS UNBELTED HIM TO TREAT HIM, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICER. THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY CORONERS REPORT LISTS BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA TO THE CHEST AS CAUSE OF DEATH. WHILE DRIVING AT 65 MPH, TAKING THE CRIUSE CONTROL OFF, APPLIED BRAKES AND THE BRAKES GRABBED. VEHICLE LOST CONTROL, WENT ACROSS THE ROAD AND HIT A SAFETY GUARDRAIL AND A BRIDGE. THEN VEHICLE SPUN AROUND INTO A 360 CIRCLE. *AK *MJS
WHILE DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE. FIRE DEPARTMENT AND POLICE DEPARTMENT WERE NOTIFIED. SMOKE AND FLAMES WERE COMING FROM UNDERNEATH THE HOOD AREA, THE CONSUMER TOOK THE VECHICLE BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY PERFORMED TEST, SUCH AS SBDS CHECK LOAD TEST AND A BATTERY TEST. THE DEALERSHIP STATED TO THE CONSUMER THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF A NO FIRE INSIDE OF VEHICLE. *AK

DRIVING ABOUT 15MPH IN TRAFFIC AND APPLYING FOOT TO THE BRAKE PEDAL TO STOP, THE TRUCK AND THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR AND THE TRUCK HIT THE BACK OF ANOTHER VEHICLE. *AK
