THE EVENT WAS A CRASH OF MY 1998 CHEVROLET SILVERADO P/U. THE CRASH WAS A FORWARD MOVING IMPACT TO THE SIDE OF ANOTHER VEHICLE WITH A SPEED OF 40 MPH. AND THE AIR BAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY. THE RESULTS WAS THE DRIVER IMPACTED THE STEERING WHEEL AS OF TODAY ONLY MINOR PAIN AND BRUISES ARE EVIDENT. THE IS THE FIRST FAILURE OF THIS SYSTEM I KNOW OF.
