I HAVE SEEN RECALLS FOR OTHER CHEVROLET PICKUPS OF THE SAME YEAR (95) WITH ABS FAILURES. I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH STOPPING DISTANCE IN LOW SPEED SITUATIONS MANY TIMES. THE VEHICLE DOES NOT SLOW DOWN AT ALL FOR THE FIRST 25-50 FEET, IT SEEMS TO FREE-WHEEL. THIS PROBLEM HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATION OF BRAKING PROBLEMS FOR MY VEHICLE. *AK

THE TRUCK SURGES WHEN STOPPED AT INTERSECTIONS. FOUR TIMES NOW IT HAS PROCEEDED THROUGH THE INTERSECTION WITH THE BRAKES ENGAGED. AOLS ONCE IT RESULTED IN REARENDING ANOTHER VEHICLE, LUCKLY WITHOUT CAUSING ANY DAMAGE TO THE OTHER CAR.
