I was travelling at approximately 32 miles per hour when I rear ended a vehicle that was in front of me, the vehicle in front of me was stopped. The airbags did not deploy in my vehicle. Damage to the vehicle was substantial enough to declare the vehicle a total loss.

Unable to remove ignition key. Sticks in the accessory's mode. This happens periodically and I can eventually get key out by continually moving shifter back and forth until key can be removed. Concerned that eventually this won't work. I noticed that this is the main complaint on the Chevrolet Colorado.

The infotainment center goes out, then comes on on a frequent basis causing the loss of navigation system through CarPlay and now will not even connect to CarPlay also loses backup camera. In addition I have noted that when the blinker is on to signal a turn, it will stop the blinker system when the infotainment center goes out, which is a safety concern with the use of blinkers to signal approaching rear traffic to the vehicle. Vehicle will make a loud humming sound going 50 to 65mph and when letting off the gas pedal. It will stop when pressing on the gas pedal or when vehicle slows down below 50mph
