I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FROM CHEVROLET APPROX 3 WEEKS AFTER MY DAUGHTER'S ACCIDENT. THEY HAVE PERFORMED TESTING, BUT SAID THE TESTS ARE INCONCLUSIVE AND DENY RESPONSIBILITY. THE 4-WD TEST INDICATED NO PROB. BUT THE VEH. WAS NOT IN 4WD AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT. GOOD WEATHER AND ROAD CONDITIONS, SKIP MARKS INDICATE TO ME THAT THE ABS DID IN FACT FAILED OR MALFUNCTIONED. PRODUCT LIABILITY PERSON IS VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT, BUT FINALLY GOT BACK WITH ME AND TOLD ME TO HAVE THE DAMAGES REP
