I WAS BACKING MY 95 BUICK ROADMASTER STATION WAGON FROM A PARKING LOT AT A RETIREMENT CENTER WHEN I DEPRESSED THE BRAKE TO ALLOW ME TO SHIFT FROM PARK TO REVERSE, THE CAR SUDDENLY ACCELERATED AND SHOT BACK ACROSS THE PARKING LOT, NEARLY A HUNDRED FEET BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO TURN THE WHEEL AND VEER IT AWAY FROM A CROWDED BUILDING AND THEN TURN OFF THE IGNITION KEY TO STOP THE MOTOR. I HAD MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE THE ENTIRE TIME AND WAS NOT NEAR THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. *JB
VEHICLE TOOK OFF FULL THROTTLE WHILE IN DRIVE GOING APROXIMATELY 60MPH. CONSUMER WAS STOMPING ON BRAKE PEDAL TRYING TO STOP AND BRAKES WERE PULSATING, CAUSING ABS TO JAM. CONSUMER TURNED KEY TO SHUT VEHICLE OFF. CRUISE CONTROL CABLE PULLED THROTTLE CABLE BACK.*AK CONSUMER STATED HE HAD NO CONTROL OF VEHICLE AND INJURED HIS FOOT.*JB
VEHICLE WAS LEFT UNATTENDED IN PARK GEAR AND RUNNING, GEAR JUMPED OUT OF PARK AND INTO REVERSE RESULTING IN COLLISION WITH FENCE AND DAMAGE TO VEHICLE. *MJS
CAR HAS MEMORY SEAT ON DRIVER'S SIDE. PUSHED MEMORY AND CAR SEAT WENT ALL THE WAY UP AND ALL THE WAY INTO THE STEERING WHEEL TRAPPING ME. UNABLE TO MOVE OR DRIVE THE CAR. SEAT DID NOT STOP EVEN WHEN I PUSHED ALL THE BUTTONS ON THE CAR DOOR PANEL. THIS PROBLEM WAS FIXED IN 9/97. MEMORY WOULD NOT HOLD. ULD NOT HOLDI PUSHED ALL THEWAY. *AK
TRANSMISSION DIPSTICK NOT SEATED RIGHT, ALLOWING FLUID TO LEAK OUT, STARTING FIRE. *DH
THE CONSUMER WAS INVOLVED IN A MINOR REAR END COLLISION AND THE REAR WINDOW SHATTERED.*AK AFTER BACKING UP AT A SPEED OF 5-10 PMH CONSUMER'S REAR BUMPER HIT A TREE THE DAMAGE WAS MINIMAL, HOWEVER REAR WINDOW DID SHATTER. *JB
